This workshop is held in English.
Polish winemaking has experienced a renaissance for the last two decades. Lubuskie, Małopolskie, Podkarpacie, Zachodniopomorskie and other regions of Poland set up vineyards and produce wines with a great success!
For whom: for patriots, for the foreigners who are in love with Poland and would like to learn more about Polish wines, as well as for all who would like to extend their knowledge, facts and novelties on wine.
What happens: We will present in short the history of winemaking in Poland in, discuss the most important regions where production is currently flourishing, present some of the most interesting producers (selection of Winodobranie), try some good Polish wines combined with Polish appetizers and briefly discuss the rules of combining wine and food. In addition, practical information: how to open wine, serving temperature, the wine glasses, etc.
Additional information: The workshop takes 3 hours. Winodobranie provides: a minimum of 6 wines for tasting, professional glasses, water, baguettes and olive oil and, depending on the topic of the workshop, three appetizers served in combination with wine (usually seasonal sausages, cheese and something sweet)
